Refund policy

What we plan

Paid licenses will come with a 14-day free trial: every feature, no card needed, and nothing is charged when it ends. You buy a license only if you want to keep baking.

Because you've already tried it, a license starts as soon as you buy it. At checkout you'll ask for it to start right away and confirm that this ends the 14-day period for changing your mind about the purchase. We'll repeat this in your confirmation email.

When we still refund

• You were charged twice for the same license.
• Your license won't activate and we can't fix it.
• You bought by mistake, tell us within 48 hours, and haven't activated the license yet.

The exact steps will be published here, together with the terms of sale, before the first sale.

AI provider costs

What you pay your AI provider for your own API key is between you and that provider, and isn't part of a GrannyBakes refund.
